大量元素水溶肥在茶树上的应用效果

Application Effect of the Special Water Soluble Fertilizer in Tea

[目的]研究大量元素水溶肥在茶树上的应用效果。[方法]通过对茶树叶面喷施大量元素水溶肥,研究大量元素水溶肥对茶叶水浸出物、茶多酚、咖啡碱、氨基酸含量及茶叶色、香、味等方面的影响。[结果]茶叶水浸出物以及氨基酸含量随大量元素水溶肥浓度的增加而增加;茶叶茶多酚以及咖啡碱含量随大量元素水溶肥浓度的增加而减少。感官评定结果表明,喷施大量元素水溶肥的茶叶汤色、香气以及滋味评分均低于不喷施肥料的茶叶。[结论]喷施大量元素水溶肥可提高茶叶品质。

[Objective] To study application effect of water soluble fertilizer in tea. [Method]Effects of water soluble fertilizer water extract,tea polyphenols,caffine and amino acid were studied by spraying on the leaf surface of tea trees. [Result] The concentration of water extract and the amount of amino acid increased with the increase of fertilizer concentration; the concentration of tea polyphenol and caffine decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration. Color,aroma and taste of tea decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration. [Conclusion]Spraying water soluble fertilizer can improve tea quaility.
