微波-镁铝水滑石催化硬脂酸钾脱羧环化成烃的研究

摘要 可再生烃类燃油中烯烃含量高,氧化稳定性差。以镁铝水滑石作为催化剂,以硬脂酸钾为研究对象,使其在微波-甘油供氢体系中快速裂解脱羧成烃。液体产物经气相色谱-质谱分析,表明镁铝水滑石能够明显提高液体烃类燃料中环烷烃的含量(增加30%左右)。微波选择性加热催化剂表面附着的甘油供氢体,形成稳定的电子离域,局部高热位点,硬脂酸钾羧基端与催化剂表面接触后迅速脱羧环化,生成高饱和度、高稳定性的可再生烃类燃料,为进一步精炼航空煤油提供一定的基础。 The renewable hydrocarbon fuel is rich in olefins, while resulting in a poor oxidation stability. The potassium stearate was used as model compound to study its decarboxylation and cyclization with Mg-Al hydrotalcite as catalyst under microwave-hydrogen donor(glycerol) system. The breakdown liquid was analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry, it showed that the Mg-Al hydrotalcite could obviously increase the content of naphthene by about 30%.Microwave could selectively heat the glycerin hydrogen donor adhered to the surface of catalyst, forming a stable electron delocalization and local high-temperature locus, and then decarboxylation and cyclization of potassium stearate occurred rapidly after the contact between end carboxyl and the surface of catalyst, that was generating renewable hydrocarbon fuel with high saturation and high stability. All the work provided a basis for further refining of aviation kerosene.
