摘要 冷却循环水装置中循环水泵的布置对整个装置的生产运行和日常检修都起着关键作用。介绍了装置循环水系统主要的工艺流程、相关的设备和管道布置。基于冷却循环水装置安全平稳运行和经济上的考虑,对循环水泵的布置进行优化。通过循环水泵和循环水管道的布置调整,对循环水泵性能要求、装置安全性和经济性进行讨论,得到循环水泵布置的优化方案。该方案显著提高了冷却循环水装置运行的安全可靠性和经济性。 The arrangement of circulating water pumps in circulating cooling water system plays a key role in the production operation and daily maintenance of the whole installation. This paper introduced the main technological process, equipment layout and piping arrangement of the circulating water system. Based on the safe and stable operation of circulating cooling water plant and economic consideration, the layout of circulating water pumps was optimized. Through the arrangement and adjustment of circulating water pumps and circulating water pipes, the performance requirements,safety and economy of circulating pumps were discussed, and an optimized arrangement scheme of circulating water pumps was obtained, which greatly improved the safety, reliability and economy of the operation of circulating cooling water equipment.
