基于OpenFOAM软件CFD模拟的海上平台上塔设备内收集器的优化设计

摘要 利用开源计算流体力学(CFD)软件OpenFOAM模拟海上平台上收集器内气液两相流的运动,追踪收集器内最高液位随时间的变化。模拟结果表明:初始设计的收集器内最高液位高于直立管的高度,甚至到达收集器的顶部,液体有从直立管溢出的风险。经过结构优化后,最高液位得以明显降低,液体溢流的风险得以消除。 OpenFOAM, an open source computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software, was used to simulate the movement of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the collector of the column on offshore platform, and the change of the maximum liquid level in the collector versus time was tracked. The simulation results showed that the maximum liquid level in the collector was higher than the height of upright tube, and even reached the top of the collector with a risk of overflow from the upright tube. After structural optimization, the maximum liquid level was significantly decreased, and the risk of liquid overflow was eliminated.
