安徽大别山区金寨产灵芝子实体质量分析

Quality Analysis of Ganoderma lucidum Fruit Body in Anhui Jinzhai Dabie Mountain Area

[目的]分析安徽大别山区金寨人工种植灵芝的质量。[方法]依据2015版《中国药典》,采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)鉴别灵芝子实体,采用灰分测定法、浸出物测定法分别测定其灰分、浸出物含量,采用紫外分光光度法(UV法)测定其中多糖、三萜及甾醇含量。[结果]灵芝子实体供试品与对照品在色谱相应位置显现相同颜色荧光斑点;灰分和浸出物含量分别小于3.2%、大于3.0%;多糖、三萜含量分别大于0.90%、0.50%。[结论]安徽大别山区金寨人工种植灵芝质量符合2015版《中国药典》要求,可用于开发保健品或疾病辅助治疗药物。

[Objective]The research aimed to study the quality of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum in Anhui Jinzhai Dabie Mountain area.[Method ]According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015,using TLC method to determine Ganoderma lucidum fruit body,the contents of ash and extract were measured by ash determination and extract determination,and the contents of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes were measured by UV method. [Result] Ganoderma lucidum fruit body for the test product and the reference substance in the corresponding position of the chromatogram showed the same color fluorescent spots. The contents of ash and extract were less than 3. 2% and greater than 3. 0%,andpolysaccharides and triterpenes were greater than 0. 90% and 0. 50%. [Conclusion]The quality of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum in Anhui Jinzhai Dabie Mountain area was satisfied with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015,and it can be uesd to health care products and adjuvant treatments.
