生态土地整治工程设计融合生态理念的分析

Analysis of Ecological Land Renovation Project Design and Ecological Concept

依据国家对生态土地整治的要求,将生态理念融入到土地平整工程、灌溉与排水工程、田间道路工程、农田防护与生态环境保持工程、村庄整治工程五大工程的设计。同时,分析了生态土地整治过程中可能出现的四大问题:生态整治项目生态景观规划设计费规定欠缺,生态整治项目后期维护费规定欠缺,生态整治项目生态景观工程设计规定欠缺,生态整治项目相关费用调整无依据。最后,提出了土地整治要综合考虑生态环境问题,实现农村土地整治数量、质量和生态"三位一体"。

According to requirements of land ecological remediation,ecological concepts should be considered into five projects which are land leveling engineering,irrigation and drainage engineering,road engineering,farmland protection and ecological environment design engineering,village renovation. Meanwhile,four problems are analyzed in the process of ecological land remediation,including the stipulation of the ecological landscape planning and design fee of the ecological renovation project is deficient,lack of maintenance fee for the later period of ecological renovation project,lack of ecological landscape engineering design for ecological renovation project,no basis for the adjustment of the related cost of ecological renovation project. Finally,the proposed land remediation,should consider the ecological and environmental problems,which can promote the realization of rural land quantity,quality and ecological＂three-in-one＂.
