基于CDIO理念的食品科学类实验室开放模式探讨

Discussion on the Opening Model of Laboratory in Food Science Specialty Based on CDIO Concept

将CDIO理念引入食品科学类实验室开放模式中,可有效提高学生在专业实践中的综合能力。分析了食品科学类实验室CDIO工程教育改革过程中出现的一些问题,并提出一些改革措施,使食品科学类实验室更适应CDIO理念下的实践教学体系。以开放实验室平台建设为载体,结合现有的工作经验与实践,建立了一套实验室开放与运行管理的新模式。

CDIO concept was introduced into the opening mode of food science laboratory,which could effectively improve students＇ comprehensive quality in the professional practice. This paper analyzed some problems in the process of CDIO engineering education reform,and some reform measures were put forward,in order to make food science laboratory to adapt the practical teaching system based on CDIO concept. Taking the construction of opening laboratory platform as carrier,combined with the work experience and practice,we established a new model of laboratory opening and operation management.
