摘要
以食品专业硕士研究生为研究对象,阐述了食品专业硕士研究生工程实践能力现状,并从培养目标、教学模式和评价机制等方面提出其提高措施,以期探索出更合适的食品专业硕士研究生培养方法,为研究生教育改革寻找方向。
Taking graduate students in food specialty as research object,the current situations of practical ability of graduate students in food specialty were expounded and the improving measures were proposed from the training objectives,teaching methods and evaluation mechanism,so as to find out more suitable training methods of food graduate student in food specialty and seek a more appropriate direction for the reform of postgraduate education.
