摘要
以采自新疆天然草原的木地肤和驼绒藜种子为材料,在0~1.2 mol/L的NaCl范围内,研究了盐分胁迫对这两种种子萌发指标的影响,结果表明,随NaCl浓度的升高,木地肤和驼绒藜种子的萌发和初生根生长均受到不同程度的抑制。总体来看,盐溶液浓度越高,抑制作用越明显,但轻度的NaCl胁迫可促进驼绒藜种子的萌发。木地肤和驼绒藜种子萌发的盐度阈值分别为1.0和1.2 mol/L,说明驼绒藜种子萌发的耐盐性较木地肤种子强。
For seeds of Kochia scoparia and Ceratoides latens in natural grassland in Xinjiang, the influence of salt stress on the two kinds of seeds germination was studied within the range of 0 to 1.2 mol/L NaCl, it turned out that both the seed germination and primary root growth of Kochia scoparia and Ceratoides latens were affected at certain level with increasing of NaCl concentration. Generally, the higher the concentration of salt solution, the more obvious the inhibition, however, the germination of Ceratoides latens could be accelerated by slight NaCl stress. The salinity thresholds for germination of Kochia scoparia and Ceratoides latens were 1.0 and 1.2 mol/L respectively, which indicated that the salt tolerance of Ceratoides latens was more stronger than that of Kochia scoparia .
