建立新型政党关系是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于党的对外工作重要思想的有机组成部分,以共同应对人类发展面临的问题为基础,适应世界政党格局演变为需要,主动因应中国共产党与世界关系的历史变化。新型政党关系以求同存异、相互尊重、互学互鉴为内涵,继承发展了马克思列宁主义关于无产阶级政党交往的国际主义原则,彰显了党际关系四项原则在新的时代条件下的历史演进,丰富了习近平总书记外交思想,确立了新时代开展政党外交的指导原则和行动指南,为全球治理变革提供了最新思想公共产品。推动构建人类命运共同体,努力寻求各国政党的最大公约数,着力推动新型政党关系与新型国际关系相向而行,积极构建国际政党交流合作网络,创新讲好中国共产党的故事,是建立新型政党关系的主要路径。

Building a new model of party-to-party relations is an integral component of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Secretary General Xi Jinping's important thinking on the external work of the Communist Party of China, which is based on the task of jointly confronting problems in human development, the need of adapting to the structural change of political partiesin the world, and the initiative of actively responding to the historical transformations in the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the outside world. The new model of party-to-party relations is defined by seeking common grounds while shelving differences, as well as respecting and learning from one another, it inherits and develops the principle of internationalism in Marxism-Leninism regarding interactions among proletariat political parties, demonstrates the historical evolution of the four principles in our party-to-party relations under new circumstances, enriches Secretary General Xi Jinping's diplomatic thinking, establishes the guiding principles and action guidelines of party-to-party diplomacy in the new era, and provides the public goods of the latest thought on promoting changes in global governance. The main path of building a new model of party-to-party relations lies in promoting the development of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind, striving to seek the greatest common divisor among political parties in different countries, endeavoring to facilitate the convergence between the new model of party-to-party relations and the new type of international relations, actively building an international network of exchange and cooperation for political parties, as well as creating innovative ways to tell the stories of the Communist Party of China.
