摘要 残炭值(w(MCR))关系着渣油的生焦倾向,是评定油品质量的重要指标。除了直接测定,渣油的残炭值也可以与氢/碳比(n(H)/n(C))等参数关联,这种定量关联在一定程度上反映了渣油转化为残炭的内在规律。利用多元回归得到了氢/碳比,硫、氮杂原子含量以及四组分含量与残炭值的定量关系。结果表明,元素含量和残炭值定量关系的适用油样范围更加广泛,不仅适用于各种直馏常压渣油和减压渣油,而且对加氢后的常压渣油也同样适用;氮元素的含量对残炭值的影响远高于硫元素的含量;四组分与残炭值的定量关系很好地揭示了各组分对残炭值的贡献大小。 Carbon residue value is related to the coke-forming tendency of the residual oil and it is one of the significant indicators for the evaluation of oil quality.Except for direct determination,the carbon residue value of residual oil can also correlate to some parameters,like hydrogen carbon ratio(n(H)/n(C)).The quantitative relation reflects the inherent law of residue conversion to carbon residue.In this paper,hydrogen carbon ratio,the content of sulfur and nitrogen heteroatoms,the content of four components are considered to acquire quantitative relation to the carbon residue value by using multiple regression.The regression results show that the quantitative relationship between element content and carbon residue value(w(MCR))is not only suitable for all kinds of straight run atmospheric residue and vacuum residue,but also applies to the atmospheric residue after hydrogenation.The application scope of the quantitative relationship is much wider.Nitrogen content on the influence of carbon residue value is much higher than that of sulfur.The quantitative relationship between the four components and the carbon residue value w(MCR)well presents the contribution of each component to the carbon residuevalue.
