摘要
装载机制动阀涉及整机的安全性和舒适性,是非常重要的制动元件。目前装载机主要使用的制动技术为气制动和全液压制动,高端装载机及大型装载机对于安全性及可靠性有更高的要求,因而更广泛使用全液压制动技术,且装载机因工况复杂、作业环境多变等因素,对于全液压制动阀的匹配设计更是要求严格。本文针对机械传动轮式装载机所用的制动阀出现的故障问题进行研究,通过原理分析和对故障件的拆解,结合匹配计算和试验验证,对制动阀的优化改进取得了有效的成果。
The brake valve relates to the safety and comfort of the wheel loader, which is a very important brake element. Now thewheel loader mainly uses the air brake and hydraulic brake technology. High-end loader and large loader have higher requirement forsecurity and reliability, so hydraulic braking technology is more widely used, and because the working condition and environment of wheelloader is complex and changeable, the matching design of hydraulic brake is more strict. This paper research for the failure problem ofbrake valve of mechanical transmission wheel loader. Through the principle analysis and dismantling of failure parts, combined with thematching calculation and test, the optimization of brake valve improvement achieved effective results.
