摘要
在三维设计软件UG中建立某国产轿车白车身结构几何模型,简化后导入至分析软件Hyper Mesh中,建立有限元模型。对模型的静刚度进行分析,与国外同类车型设计参考值对比,发现设计中存在的不足,为后续的优化与改进提供相关证据。
The geometric model of a car body in white is established in the three-dimensional design software UG, and simplified intothe finite element analysis software HyperMesh, and the finite element model is established. Based on the finite element model of car bodystructure bending stiffness and torsion stiffness analysis, compared with the reference value of similar foreign models design, the deficienciesin design is found, to provide relevant evidence for subsequent optimization and improvement.
