摘要
通过盆栽试验,选用小豆根系典型分泌物邻苯二甲酸,研究了模拟连作条件下小豆根系生长发育和农艺性状的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,不同邻苯二甲酸处理均可导致小豆生长发育期根干重、根长、根体积、根表面积、根瘤数、根瘤鲜质量和根系活力降低,且随着浓度的增加而降低幅度加大。随着生育进程的推进,不同处理间小豆根系形态各指标差异显著,尤其至成熟期,高浓度(450×10-6mol/kg土)处理的植株根系几近干枯,而对照依然保持有一定的活力。
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid on the root growth and yield in adzuki bean at simulate intercropping. Results show that with the 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid treatments,the root dry weight,root length,root volume,root surface area,root nodule number and root nodule mass and root activity of adzuki bean were all inhibited. Furthmore,the inhibition was strengthened with the increasing of allelochemicals concentrations and the prolonging of the treatment time. Compared with the control,as adzuki bean approached to their maturity,the root growth of treatments of X3 nearly became dry and dies.
