延香梨化学药剂疏花疏果效果研究

The Effectof the Thinning Flower and Fruit in Yanxiang Pear by Chemical Agent

[目的]研究化学药剂对延香梨疏花疏果的效果。[方法]以延香梨为试材,选用6-BA、乙烯利、GA_3等化学药剂进行疏花疏果试验。[结果]400 mg/L乙烯利+50 mg/L GA_3处理的疏除效果最好,6-BA 150 mg/L和300 mg/L乙烯利+50 mg/L GA_3平均单果重明显高于对照,各处理果形指数、可溶性固形物与对照无显著差异。6-BA 150 mg/L处理的可滴定酸含量显著高于对照。[结论]该研究为延香梨化学疏花疏果提供参考。

[Objective]To study the effect of thinning flower and fruit in Yanxiang pear by chemical agent.[Method]With Yanxiang pear as material,the experiment was carried out by using the chemical agents of 6-BA,ethylene and GA3.[Result]Hydrophobic effect of 400 mg/L ethephon ＋ 50 mg/L GA3 treatment was best,the average single fruit weight of 150 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 300 mg/L ethephon ＋ 50 mg/L GA3 was significantly better than that of control,there was no significant difference between the fruit shape index,total soluble solids of treatment and control. The titratable acid content of 6-BA 150 mg/L was significantly higher than that of control. [Conclusion]The study provides a reference for thinning flower and fruit of the pear by chemical agent.
