摘要
[目的]确定不同存储时间对烤烟上、中部烟叶香味物质含量的影响。[方法]以烤烟品种NC89为试验材料,对皖南地区自然存储3个月、6个月、9个月的烟叶进行香味物质含量的检测。[结果]在存储过程中,烤烟烟叶中新植二烯含量最高,且随存储时间延长含量不断下降。在上部烟叶中,醛类、酮类、酚类、酯类香味物质含量随存储时间延长先上升后下降,醇类物质含量先下降后上升。在中部烟叶中,随存储时间延长醛类和酯类香味物质含量均值先上升后下降,醇类和酚类物质随存储时间延长含量不断下降,而酮类物质含量则是先下降后上升。[结论]存储烟叶中上部和中部烟叶香味物质含量具有明显差异。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the influence of different storage time on the aroma components content in flue-cured tobacco.[Method]We detected the aroma components content of tobacco leaf which storage for 3 months,6 months,9 months in south Anhui based on NC89 flue-cured tobacco.[Result]In the storage process,the content of neophytadiene in tobacco leaves was the highest,and the content decreased continuously with the extension of storage time. In the upper tobacco leaves,the content of aldehydes,ketones,phenols and esters aroma components increased first and then decreased as the storage time increase,and the trend of alcohols components content was reversed. In the middle tobacco leaves,the content of aldehydes and esters aroma components increased first and then decreased as the storage time increase,the trend of ketones components content was reversed,while the alcohols and phenols components content decreased continually. [Conclusion]There is a significant difference in the content of aroma components in the upper and middle tobacco leaves.
