Comparative Analysis of Two Types of Defects in Green Sand Mold Casting: Slag and Sand Holes

湿型铸造生产过程中,夹渣与砂眼是经常出现的两类缺陷,且在缺陷判断时容易混淆。本文对比两种缺陷的形貌特征,由简到难的给出缺陷判断的三种方法,展示利用扫描电镜及能谱分析仪对夹渣缺陷进行分析的过程。同时结合企业生产实际,针对缺陷的成因提出防止措施。

In the process of Green Sand Mold Casting,the slag and sand holes are two kinds of defects, which are easily confused inthe judgment. In this paper, we compare the two kinds of defects, and the three methods for judging are presented, and the process ofanalyzing the slag defects by by SEM and Spectrum analyzer is presented. At the same time, combining with the actual production of theenterprise, the prevention measures are put forward.
