分析了绵阳市农村产权价值评估现状及所遇困境,提出了相应的破解对策:全力推进确权颁证,为评估打牢基础;以公益性为主,降低评估成本;加快出台相应政策法规,设立统一的评估标准;吸引金融机构加入;成立权威性的评估团队。

The status quo of the valuation of rural property rights in Mianyang City and the difficulties encountered were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward：. Efforts to promote the certification of the right to lay the foundation for the assessment; mainly to public welfare,reduce the cost of evaluation; accelerate the issuance of corresponding policies and regulations and establish uniform assessment standards; attract financial institutions to join; establish authoritative assessment team.
