摘要
针对传统双列圆锥滚子轴承内部载荷计算模型中未考虑挡边变形、轴承径向游隙的问题,提出一种基于坐标向量模拟轴承内圈、滚子变形及接触点位置的方法,通过坐标变换来反映滚道与滚子接触变形,在模型中考虑了挡边变形、轴承游隙。通过建立滚子和外圈的静力学平衡方程及变形方程求解滚道载荷分布情况,在此基础上给出了寿命计算方法。并以某风力发电机用双列圆锥滚子轴承为例分析,得到了载荷分布情况,该类轴承径向游隙为-0.18^-0.15 mm时寿命满足要求。
The rib deformation and radial clearance are not considered in calculation model for internal load of traditional double row tapered roller bearings,a method for simulation of deformation of inner ring and roller of the bearings and position of contact points is proposed based on coordinate vector. The transformation of coordinate is used to reflect contact deformation between raceway and roller,and the rib deformation and bearing clearance are considered in model.The load distribution of raceway is solved by establishing static equilibrium equation and deformation equation of roller and outer ring,the life calculation method is given based on this. Taking double row tapered roller bearings for wind turbines as examples for analysis,the load distribution is obtained. The life meets requirements when the radial clearance of the bearings is-0. 18 ~-0. 15 mm.
