基于Pro/Innovator油缸机械手摆臂精度问题的解决方案分析

摘要 介绍Pro/Innovator计算机辅助创新设计平台解决问题的流程和方法,以油缸机械手摆臂的精度问题为案例,应用Pro/Innovator和TRIZ创新方法原理,运用小人法建立分析问题模型、设定目标,对模型进行功能分析、裁剪分析和因果分析。以3组对立技术矛盾为入手点对问题进行求解,运用创新知识信息库,形成7个方案;建立方案评价模型,分析方案价值,得到最优方案。经验证,优选方案很大程度上提高了机械手的摆臂精度,对轴承磨床连续自动上下料起到了促进作用。 The problem solving process and method of computer-aided innovation design platform Pro/Innovator are introduced. Taking accuracy for swing arm of oil cylinder manipulator as a case,according to Pro/Innovator and TRIZ innovation method theory,the smart little people method is used to build model for analyzing problem and setting goal,the function analysis,cutting pattern analysis and causal analysis are carried out for model. The problem is solved by using three groups of opposite technical contradictions as starting point,and seven solutions are formed by using innovation knowledge information base. The optimal solution is obtained by building evaluation model and analyzing value of solution. After verification,the optimal solution improves greatly accuracy of swing arm of manipulator,which plays a promotion role on continuous and automatic feeding of bearing grinder.
