摘要
针对飞行器导电滑环轴系轴向预载荷难以控制的问题,设计了一种导电滑环轴系加载测量装置,介绍了该设备的测量原理及主要结构设计。试验表明:该装置可以在轴系额定的轴向预载荷下直接测量出装配过程中框架定位面与轴承加载面之间的高度差数值,根据此高度差数值修研端盖台阶厚度,从而方便装配人员对修磨量的控制和把握,保证滑环组件的预载荷要求,使轴承刚度、精度、转速处于最优状态,从而提高滑环组件的装配质量和装配效率。
The axial preload of shafting of conductive slip ring for aircraft is difficult to control,a kind of load measuring device is designed for shafting of conductive slip ring. The measuring principle and main structural design of the device are introduced. The test shows that the device is able to measure directly height difference value between positioning surface of frame and load surface of bearing during assembly process under rated axial preload of shafting,the thickness of step of end cover is grinded according to height difference value. The assembly operator is easier to control and grasp grinding amount,the preload requirements of slip ring components are ensured. The stiffness,accuracy and rotational speed of the bearings are in an optimal state. Thus,the assembly quality and efficiency of slip ring components are improved.
