摘要
目的探讨神经传导速度测定对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年12月~2017年4月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者74例为周围神经病变组,另选同期就诊的单纯糖尿病患者70例为糖尿病组,选取同期健康体检者70例为对照组,对所有受检者进行神经传导速度测定。结果糖尿病周围神经病变组患者的运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)与糖尿病组及对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经传导速度测定有助于临床早期诊断糖尿病周围神经病变,对提高糖尿病周围神经病变诊断率具有积极作用,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of nerve conduction velocity in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods In our hospital from December 2015 to April 2017 were in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and 74 cases of peripheral neuropathy in patients with diabetes alone group, another period of treatment of 70 cases of diabetes group, 70 cases of healthy people were selected as control group, all subjects in nerve conduction velocity. Results The motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group were significantly different from that of the diabetic group and the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion nerve conduction velocity measurement is helpful for early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and plays an active role in improving the diagnostic rate of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It is worth popularizing.
