总体国家安全观背景下情报工作的深化

Deepening Intelligence Work under the Context of the Overall Outlook on National Security

[目的/意义]总体国家安全观为情报工作提供了重要发展机遇,是加速情报工作转型、推动情报工作深化的重要契机。[方法/过程]以"总体国家安全观引领情报工作发展"为基本指导思想,采用系统分析、逻辑分析以及文献调研等方法。[结果/结论]提出了树立总体国家情报思维和构建总体国家情报工作体系等基本对策与建议。特别强调,总体国家情报观、国家情报中心、一体化情报工作体系、国家竞争情报战略以及大数据环境下情报工作和多层次性情报工作网络等应成为我国情报工作今后重点关注的问题。

[Purpose/Significance]The overall outlook on national security provides intelligence work with important development opportunities,it accelerates transformation of intelligence work and promotes the deepening of intelligence work.[Method/Process]Based on guiding ideology for ＂ the overall outlook on national security leading intelligence work development＂,this paper uses system analysis,logical analysis and literature research.[Result/Conclusion]And puts forward suggestions on developing the overall national intelligence thinking and building the overall national intelligence action system.It is emphasized that future research focuses for intelligence work include the overall outlook on national intelligence,national intelligence centers,integrated intelligence action system,national competitive intelligence strategy and intelligence action under big data environment and multi-level intelligence action network.
