Miles手术治疗低位直肠癌临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Miles Operation in the Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer

目的:分析Miles手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的50例低位直肠癌患者为观察对象,收治时间为2014年2月-2017年3月,采用患者自愿的方式将其分成两组,每组25例。对照组实施常规化疗治疗,试验组实施Miles手术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组的半年生存率高于对照组,半年内复发率、转移率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=4.666 7、5.711 0、4.367 2,P<0.05);试验组的生活质量评分及治疗时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.611 0、9.069 8,P<0.05)。结论:低位直肠癌患者实施化疗的基础上,采用Miles手术治疗的效果较为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Miles operation in the treatment of low rectal cancer.Method：A total of 50 patients with low rectal cancer from February 2014 to March 2017 were selected in our hospital as the observation object,and they were divided into two groups with the voluntary approach,25 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine chemotherapy treatment,and the experimental group treated with Miles surgical on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed.Result：The half year survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;the recurrence rate in half a year and transfer rate were lower than those of the control group;the differences were statistically significant（ χ^2=4.666 7,5.711 0,4.367 2,P〈0.05）.The quality of life score and the time of treatment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（t=6.611 0,9.069 8,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Miles operation based on chemotherapy for low rectal cancer patients is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
