常规护肝用药基础上加用吡喹酮治疗血吸虫性肝纤维化的效果及安全性

The Effects and Safety of Conventional Liver Protecting Drugs Combine with Praziquantel in the Treatment of Schistosomal Hepatic Fibrosis

目的:探讨研究常规护肝用药基础上加用吡喹酮治疗血吸虫性肝纤维化的效果及安全性。方法:随机将100例血吸虫性肝纤维化患者分成对照组和试验组,每组均为50例,对照组患者选择螺内酯、维生素E、肌苷片等护肝药物治疗,试验组患者则在此基础上应用吡喹酮治疗,对临床疗效进行观察研究。结果:对照组患者治疗前后的平均门静脉内径、脾厚度、脾静脉宽度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者治疗后的各项指标均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的ALT、AST均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而且试验组患者的降低幅度更加显著(P<0.05),治疗前后对照组患者的PⅢP、C-Ⅳ、LN和HA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者治疗后的各项指标均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组患者口服吡喹酮后,1例患者发生头晕,2例患者恶心,并未进行特殊治疗,症状在2 d内自行消失。结论:在对血吸虫性肝纤维化患者进行常规护肝用药的基础上,应用吡喹酮治疗能取得比较理想的临床疗效,安全可靠,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the effects and safety of conventional liver protecting drugs combine with Praziquantel in the treatment of schistosomal hepatic fibrosis.Method：100 cases of schistosomal liver hepatic fibrosis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group,The control group was given Spirolactone,Vitamin E,Inosine Tablets and other liver protecting drugs to treatment,The experimental group were given Praziquantel to treatment based on the control group,the clinical effects were observed.Result：Before and after treatment,the average portal vein diameters,splenic thickness,splenic vein width in the control group had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,after treatment,each indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the ALT,AST of the two groups were significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）,before and after treatment,The P Ⅲ P,C-Ⅳ,LN and HA in the control group had no difference statistical significance（P〉0.05）,after treatment,each indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）.After the experimental group were treated with Praziquantel,1 case had dizziness,2 cases had nausea,they had no special treatment,the symptoms disappeared in 2 days.Conclusion：In the treatment of schistosomal hepatic fibrosis patients,on the basis of conventional liver protecting drugs,Praziquantel can get an ideal clinical effect,it＇s safety and reliable,and has clinical application value.
