甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠的效果观察

The Efficacy Observation of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:分析甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:抽取2013年2月-2017年7月收治的46例异位妊娠患者,采用奇偶法将46例患者分为观察组(n=23)和对照组(n=23)。对照组治疗方法为甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮,观察组治疗方法为甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮加入中药保守治疗,待两组患者治疗后比较其临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(65.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血β-h CG值转阴用时、包块消失用时、住院用时等各项临床指标比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮加入中药保守治疗治疗方法,临床疗效显著。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of methotrexate（MTX） combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method：From February 2013 to July 2017,46 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted were selected,and 46 patients were divided into the observation group（n=23） and the control group（n=23） according the odd even method.the control group treatments for Methotrexate combined Mifepristone,the observation group therapy for Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone and TCM conservative treatment,to compare the clinical curative effect after treatment in both groups.Result：The total effective rate（91.30%） in the observation group was higher than the control group（65.12%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group were significantly better in the time of β-h CG negative,mass dispare and hospitalization,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone and TCM conservative treatment in patients with ectopic pregnancy has a significant clinical effect.
