掌侧锁定钢板加横向克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果观察

Effect of Locking Palmar Plate Combined with Transverse Kirschner Needle Fixation on Distal Radius Fracture

目的:探究掌侧锁定钢板加横向克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2014年6月-2017年5月收治的60例桡骨远端骨骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为治疗组(30例)及对照组(30例),其中治疗组采用掌侧锁定钢板加横向克氏针进行治疗,对照组采用内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组手术中出血量多于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后3个月进行回访,治疗组各项COONEY评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:掌侧锁定钢板加横向克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折能有效缩短手术时间和术后愈合时间,可明显改善患者预后情况。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of palmar locking plate combined with transverse Kirschner needle fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Method：A 60 patients with distal radius fracture treated in the author＇s hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were selected as study objects,the patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（30） and control group（30）,the treatment group was treated with the volar locking plate with transverse gram needle treatment,control group was treated with internal fixation,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result：The amount of bleeding in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the operative time was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Two groups of patients returned to visit 3 months after surgery,the COONEY scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The treatment of distal radius fracture with locking plate of palmar and internal fixation with transverse Kirschner needle can effectively shorten the operative time and the healing time after operation,and can obviously improve the prognosis of the patients.
