血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭合并矿物质-骨代谢异常的临床效果

The Clinical Efficacy of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Combined with Mineral-bone Metabolism

目的:探究血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭合并矿物质-骨代谢异常的临床效果。方法:选择2014年3月-2017年9月笔者所在医院收治的慢性肾衰竭合并矿物质-骨代谢异常患者80例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组给予血液透析治疗,观察组在此基础上给予血液灌流治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及相关指标改善。结果:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,且两组患者治疗后的血磷、血钙、甲状旁腺激素均有所改善,但观察组改善幅度相比对照组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭效果显著,同时能有效改善患者矿物质-骨代谢异常的情况,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of chronic renal failure with mineral-bone metabolism.Method：From March 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital,80 patients with chronic renal failure with minerals-bone metabolic abnormalities were selected as the research object,according to the hospital order divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group,the control group given hemodialysis therapy,the observation group given blood perfusion treatment based on the hemodialysis therapy,treatment effect and the related indicators in two groups of patients were compared.Result：The observation group treatment effect is significantly better than the control group,and the two groups after treatment in patients with blood phosphorus,calcium,parathyroid hormone were improved,but the observation group improved more significantly than the amplitude,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion is effective in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and it can effectively improve the situation of patients＇ mineral-bone metabolism abnormality,which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
