中医辨证治疗外感发热的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of TCM Dialectical Treatment for Exothermic Fever

目的:探讨选用中医辨证方案治疗外感发热患者疗效。方法:从笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年4月收治的外感发热患者中随机抽取86例分为常规组(常规西药治疗,n=43)、研究组(中医辨证治疗,n=43),对比两组疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、症状积分下降程度、退热时间均明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医辨证方案治疗外感发热,疗效更加确切,且安全性高。

bObjective：To explore the therapeutic effect of TCM dialectical treatment on patients with exothermic fever.Method：A total of 86 patients with exothermic fever admitted to the author＇s hospital from March 2013 to June 2013 were divided into regular groups（Conventional western medicine treatment,n=43）and research groups（TCM dialectical therapy,n=43）,the effect of two groups were compared.Result：The total effectiveness of the study group,the decrease degree of symptom integration and the time of heat withdrawal were significantly better than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The TCM dialectic program treats exothermic fever,the effect is more accurate,high security.
