膨体聚四氟乙烯联合硅胶假体在隆鼻术中的应用

Application of Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene Combined with Silicone Prosthesis in Augmentation Rhinoplasty

目的:探讨膨体聚四氟乙烯(E-PTFE)联合硅胶假体隆鼻术的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年12月在笔者所在医院施行隆鼻术的患者共50例,按照治疗方案的不同进行分组,A组25例行硅胶假体隆鼻术,B组25例行E-PTFE联合硅胶假体隆鼻术,比较两组患者手术治疗情况。结果:手术治疗后,所有患者外形均明显改善;两组患者术后肿胀情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组并发症发生率为16.0%、满意度为80.0%,B组未出现并发症、满意度为100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:E-PTFE联合硅胶假体隆鼻术的操作简单、并发症少,值得临床推广和运用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of expanded PTFE combined with silicone prosthesis for nasal augmentation.Method：A total of 50 patients undergoing nasal augmentation surgery in the author,s hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected,according to the treatment protocol were divided into two groups,25 cases were treated with nasal augmentation with silicone prosthesis in group A,25 cases were treated with E-PTFE combined with silicone prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty in Group B,the surgical treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Result：After surgical treatment, the appearance of all patients was significantly improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with postoperative swelling（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in group A was 16.0,and satisfaction was 80.0%,Group B had no complications and satisfaction was 100%,the differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The operation of E-PTFE combined with silicone prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty is simple and has less complications,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
