情绪护理模式在外科手术治疗患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Emotional Nursing Mode in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Surgical Treatment

目的:探讨情绪护理模式在外科手术治疗患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年9月笔者所在医院收治的80例外科手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例,对照组开展围手术期常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施情绪护理模式,比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分改善情况及手术应激反应情况。结果:护理后,试验组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(35.66±8.75)、(40.22±3.84)分,均显著低于对照组的(48.60±10.34)、(49.40±5.60)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压水平均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期应用情绪护理模式可有效改善外科手术患者负性情绪,减轻手术应激反应,值得推广和应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of emotional nursing model in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing surgical treatment.Method：From July 2015 to September 2016,80 cases of surgical patients admitted to the author＇s hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,and the experimental group received emotional nursing model on this basis.The anxiety and depression scores and the surgical stress response of the two groups were observed.Result：After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were（35.66±8.75）points and（40.22±3.84）points,respectively,which were significantly lower than the（48.60±10.34）points and（49.40±5.60）points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The heart rate,SBP and DBP in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative application of emotional nursing mode can effectively improve the negative emotions of surgical patients,reduce the surgical stress response,it is worth promoting and application.
