慢性心力衰竭采用中医护理对其生活质量的作用评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Quality of Life in Chronic Heart Failure

目的:评价慢性心力衰竭采用中医护理对其生活质量的影响。方法:对照组实施常规护理,观察组加用中医护理。比较两组生活质量、护理满意度、治疗效果。结果:观察组生活质量评分、对护理满意度、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者实施中医护理可提高护理水平,改善生活质量,提高疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the influence of TCM nursing on the quality of life in chronic heart failure patients.Method：The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The quality of life, nursing satisfaction and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result：The quality of life score,the nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of TCM nursing in patients with chronic heart failure can improve the level of nursing,improve the quality of life and improve the curative effect.
