定喘汤加味联合山莨菪碱注射液穴位注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果

The Clinical Curative Effect of Dingchuan Decoction Combined with Anisodamine Injection in Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察定喘汤加味联合山莨菪碱注射液穴位注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性加重期的临床效果。方法:选取2015年11月-2017年10月在笔者所在科住院的43例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组23例及对照组20例,试验组在常规抗感染基础上再给予中药定喘汤加味联合山莨菪碱注射液穴位注射,对照组给予常规抗感染治疗。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较临床效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤加味联合山莨菪碱注射液穴位注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期可加快病情改善,安全有效。

Objective：To observe the Clinical effects of the Dingchuan Decoction and Acupoint Injection of Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Method：A total of 43 cases from Norember 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital received different options and were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group with 23 cases and the control group with 20 cases.The experimental group received the Dingchuan Decoction and Acupoint Injection of Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection based on the conventional antiinfective treatment,and the control group took conventional anti-infection treatment.7 days as a course,after 2 courses the treatments of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Dingchuan Decoction and Acupoint Injection of Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection on acute exacerbation of COPD can accelerate improvement of the disease,it is safe and effective.
