关于开展江苏省科技报告培训的几点建议

Some Suggestions on Carrying out the Training of S&T Report in Jiangsu

介绍了江苏省科技报告培训情况,指出当前培训次数少,力度、广度、深度不够;形式僵化,渠道单一;专家少,培训能力不足等突出问题,针对上述问题,提出了"拓展培训思路,开展精准培训""培训外聘人员,壮大服务团队""培训既要走出去,还要请进来""建立多种培训渠道,实现线上线下优势互补"4个方面的建议。以期通过建立完整、有效的科技报告培训体系,帮助江苏省科技报告培训走出困局,促进江苏省科技报告制度的发展。

This article introduces the situation of the training of Jiangsu Scientific and Technical Report（ST Report）,and points out current problems such as less training times,inadequate training strength,less breadth and depth,rigid forms,single channel,few experts and insufficient training ability.In view of the above mentioned problems,it puts forward suggestions in four asepcts,including expanding training ideas and carrying out precise training,training external staff and strengthening service team,extending service range and improving training ability,and establishing a variety of training channels to combine the online and offline training services.It is hoped that the proposal can help to establish a complete and effective training system of ST Report,and promote the development of Jiangsu ST Report system.
