摘要
渤海某油田油井压裂作业首次应用了一种带自锁功能的反洗阀,在油井压裂作业完成后的生产过程中发现其关闭不严,根据其工作原理、结构和海上作业的性能表现并综合参考国内陆地油田同类产品应用情况,对其失效原因进行技术分析,结合液压系统往复动密封理论、实践经验和设计标准,针对其设计和试验提出建议,总结此类产品的改进方向,以及其在海上油气田的不同井别和作业的适用性、应用注意事项及应急安全措施。
A self-locked reverse circulating valve was first applied to the offshore oil-well fracturing operation in Bohai,but found incompletely closed in the course of oil-well production when the operation had been finished.This article analyzes the reasons of its failure based on its principle,structure and offshore performance with reference to relative onshore application of similar domestic products,and offers some design and test suggestions based on the dynamic seal theory,practices and design criterion of the reciprocating hydraulic system. It also summarizes similar products' improvement,their suitability for wells and operations on offshore oil-gas fields,application tips and safety control measures.
