摘要
压缩机作为油田的重要设备,主要作用是对从分离器分离出来的伴生气以及低压伴生气压缩机产生的伴生气进行增压,为透平主机提供燃料气。随着油田的开发生产,气体组分也随之发生变化,为了解决天然气的组分变化对往复式天然气压缩机组运行工况造成的影响,对一段时期内的天然气进行采集化验,将所得的组分化验结果利用厂家专业计算软件进行换算,以此为依据适时调整压缩机气缸余隙,减小压缩机一二级拉伸负荷偏差,实际应用表明,该方法可达到提高机组运行稳定性的目的。
As the important equipment at oil fields,compressor acts the role as pressurizing the associated gas both separated from separator and delivered from low pressure associated gas compressor to provide fuel for gas turbine engine. Gas components vary following the development and production of oil fields. In order to solve the effect of gas composition changes on the operation of reciprocating natural gas compressor, sampling tests were carried out on collected natural gas for a period of time. Then,component test results were conversed by calculation software to timely adjust the compressor cylinder clearance,and reduce the 1 st and 2 nd level tensile load deviations of compressor.The application proves that it can improve the operation stability of the unit.
