摘要
管道压浆是预应力混凝土桥梁施工中的关键工序,属于隐蔽工程,关系到后张法预应力混凝土梁的耐久性和承载力,而且事后质量检查困难。压浆设备的技术水平和性能直接影响压浆质量。压浆设备的自动化、信息化是目前的发展趋势和研究方向。本文从配料制浆和真空压浆2个主要环节入手,对施工、监控关键设备进行了研究,提出了设备选型、技术升级的合理建议。
Pipe grouting is the key process and concealed engineering in the prestressed concrete bridge construction.It is related to the durability and bearing capacity of post-tension prestressed concrete girder,and the grouting quality is difficult to check after construction.The technology level and performance of grouting equipments directly affect grouting quality.Automation and informatization of grouting equipments are the current development trend and research direction.This article studied the key equipments for construction and monitoring from 2 steps of pulping and vacuum grouting,and put forward reasonable suggestions about equipment selection and technology upgrade.
