摘要 应用多刚体动力学软件建立列车-轨道耦合动力学模型,研究8辆编组的CRH380B型高速列车通过有轨道缺陷存在的S形曲线时的安全性。分析工况为在缓和曲线区段、圆曲线区段和夹直线区段设置轨距突变、三角坑以及两者组合缺陷。研究结果表明:轨道缺陷的类型及其所在的位置对高速列车通过曲线时的安全性有影响;缓和曲线和圆曲线区段的轨距突变和三角坑缺陷幅值为5 mm时,高速列车以最高限速通过轨道缺陷位置时,脱轨系数和轮重减载率均超限。 A train-track coupling dynamic model was established by using multi-rigid-body dynamics software. The running safety of the CRH380 B train with 8 marshals was studied when it was passing through S-shaped curves with track defects.Twist,gauge change and their combination were set up in the transition curve,circular curve and the tangent between curves.The results show that both the type and the location of track defects have an effect on the running safety of the high speed trains.When the amplitude of twist and gauge change are 5 mm in the transition curve and circular curve, the derailment coefficient and the wheel unloading rate all exceed the limit values when the high speed train is at the highest speed limit.
