摘要
针对在工作状态下道岔尖轨伤损难以监测的问题,建立尖轨的简化模型并求解其频散方程,对道岔尖轨中存在的导波的多模态和频散等传播特性进行了研究,提出了基于超声导波的道岔尖轨伤损监测方法,并在理论分析和有限元仿真的基础上使用超声导波监测仪对尖轨进行模拟缺陷监测试验。结果表明:采用60 kHz的超声导波能够有效监测到道岔中截面损失在3.40%以上的缺陷,采用超声导波监测道岔尖轨伤损具有可行性。
Aiming at the problem that the damage of switch rail in service is hard to monitor, the simplified model of switch rail was built and its dispersion equation was solved, thus, the propagation characteristics of guided waves in switch rail such as multiple modes and frequency dispersion were studied, the damage monitoring method of switch rail using ultrasonic guided waves was proposed. Based on the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis,monitoring experiments of simulating defects were carried out for switch rails using the ultrasonic guided wave monitor.The results indicate that defects with loss ratio of sectional area over 3. 40% can be monitored by ultrasonic guided waves whose frequency is 60 kHz,and damage monitoring of switch rail using ultrasonic guided waves is feasible.
