摘要
目的探讨血浆单体C-反应蛋白(m CRP)、整体面积应变(GAS)与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选取STEMI患者137例,按照冠状动脉病变程度(Gensini积分)将其分为轻度组32例(0分<Gensini积分≤40分)、中度组58例(40分<Gensini积分<80分)、重度组47例(Gensini积分≥80分),并随机选取同期体检者50例为对照组,比较各组血浆m CRP、GAS水平,并分析m CRP、GAS与Gensini积分的相关性。结果轻度组、中度组、重度组患者血浆m CRP、GAS值均高于对照组,且中度组、重度组患者血浆m CRP、GAS值高于轻度组,重度组患者血浆m CRP、GAS值高于中度组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Pearson积矩相关分析显示m CRP、GAS值与Gensini积分均呈正相关(r分别为0.573、0.509,P均<0.05)。结论STEMI患者血浆m CRP、GAS与冠状动脉病变严重程度有关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the plasma monomeric C-reactive protein( m CRP),global area strain( GAS) and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction( STEMI). Methods A total of 137 patients with STEMI were divided into the mild group( 0 Gensini score ≤40,n = 32),moderate group( 40 Gensini score≤80,n = 58),and severe group( Gensini score≥80,n = 47) according to the degree of coronary artery lesion( Gensini score). Fifty healthy volunteers who attended the health examination were randomly selected as the control group. The plasma m CRP and GAS levels between groups were compared,and the correlations of Gensini scores with m CRP and GAS were analyzed. Results The levels of plasma m CRP and GAS of the mild group,moderate group,and severe group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of plasma m CRP and GAS of the moderate group and severe group were higher than those of the mild group,the levels of plasma m CRP and GAS of the severe group were higher than those of the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant( all P〈0. 05).Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that m CRP and GAS were positively correlated with Gensini scores( r =0. 573,0. 509; all P〈0. 05). Conclusion The plasma m CRP and GAS in patients with STEMI are related to the severity of coronary artery disease,and the early determination of m CRP and GAS can effectively assess the severity of disease.
