港口建设背景下沿海渔民转业动机研究

Study on the Motivation of Fishermen in Coastal Areas under the Background of Port Construction

通过整理沿海渔民转业动机相关文献理论、结合港口背景因素、实地走访等方式,综合各类沿海渔民转业动机。运用因子分析与二元逻辑回归模型分析各类转业动机对沿海渔民转业的影响。研究发现港口建设、资源环境、收入因素、政府政策对渔民转业有较为显著的影响。

In order to integrate various types of coastal fishermen＇s motives for the transfer of the industry, the paper collates the literature theory of coastal fishermen＇s motives for the transfer of business, combines the background of the port, and on-site visits. Factor analysis and binary logistic regression model were used to analyze the impact of various types of transfer motives on the transition of fishermen along the coast. The study found that port construction, resources and environment, income factors, and government policies have a more significant impact on fishermen＇s transition to employment.
