Credit Implications and Their Transfer in the Firm Establishment Registration

企业设立登记蕴含着企业生产和交易的基础信用。文章分析了企业设立登记信用蕴含的根由,揭示了这种信用蕴含的形式与内容以及迁移表现,论述了企业信用蕴含迁移的驱动力与平衡规律。文章提出的理论观点为企业设立登记制度安排、为我国企业信用由事前监管向事中事后监管、由行政监管向信用监管转变提供了理论依据。

The firm establishment registration contains the original credits in production and transaction of the firms. This paper reveals the roots,the forms,the contents and the transfer of the credit implications, and discusses the driving forces and the equilibrium relationships in the transfer of these credit implications. The theoretical point of views offered in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the firm establishment registration system, for the change in the firms＇ credit supervision from control in advance to control in the event and control after the event,and for the transform from administrative supervision to credit regulation in our country.
