“一带一路”视域下西部高校人才培养策略

The Talents Training Strategy of Universities in Western Region in the View of “Belt and Road”

高校作为培养人才的主要阵地,在大学生成长成才的过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。"一带一路"战略的提出及深化发展,为高等院校人才培养提供了前所未有的机遇和挑战。中国西部高校传统的单一化、专业化、职业化的人才难以满足"一带一路"战略构建的需求,因此,西部高校应结合本土特色及地缘优势,加大力度培养"一带一路"战略型人才,通过校企协同、国际合作交流、提高软硬件水平、加大思想政治教育力度等措施,进一步深化西部高校对"一带一路"人才的培养,提升中华文化"软实力"。

Colleges and universities, as the main positions for cultivating talents, play an extremely important role in the growth of college students. The proposal of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy and its deepening development have provided unprecedented opportunities and challenges for personnel training in institutions of higher learning. It is difficult for the traditional single, professional, and professional talents of western universities in China to meet the needs of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy. Therefore, in order to cultivate the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategic talents, the western universities should combine local characteristics and geographical advantages. Through school-enterprise cooperation, international cooperation and exchange, improvement of hardware and software, and intensification of ideological and political education, we will further deepen the cultivation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ talents in Western universities and improve the ＂soft power＂ of Chinese culture.
