GA_3对3种香草植物种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以蓝花鼠尾草、法国百里香和狭叶薰衣草3种香草植物的种子为试验材料,采用两因素完全随机试验设计,分别研究GA_3浓度及其处理时间对3种香草植物种子发芽的影响。结果表明,GA_3显著促进3种香草植物种子的发芽及幼苗的生长(P<0.05)。蓝花鼠尾草种子最优处理为GA_3800mg/L处理6h,发芽率达46.67%,其发芽指数和活力指数分别为0.67、0.042,苗高、根长分别为2.56cm和3.26cm;法国百里香种子最优处理为GA_3800mg/L处理8h,发芽率高达86.67%,其发芽指数和活力指数分别为1.05和0.008 9,苗高和根长分别为2.34cm和2.16cm;狭叶薰衣草种子最优处理为GA_3800mg/L处理8h,种子发芽时间较对照提前13d,发芽率达56.67%,其发芽指数和活力指数分别为0.472和0.018,苗高和根长分别为4.38cm和1.82cm。 The seeds of Salvia farinacea,Thymus vulgaris and Lavandula angustifolia were used as experimental materials. Using two-factor completely randomized experiment analysis method,the effects of GA3 concentration and time on seed germination were studied. The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth of 3 aromatic herbs were significantly( P〈0. 05) promoted by GA3. The optimum treatment of Salvia farinacea was GA3800 mg/L for 6 h,whose germination rate reached 46. 67%,germination index and vigor index were 0. 67 and0. 042,the length of shoot and root were 2. 56 cm and 3. 26 cm. The optimum treatment of Thymus vulgaris was GA3800 mg/L for 8 h,whose germination rate reached 86. 67%,germination index and vigor index were 1. 05 and0. 008 9,the length of shoot and root were 2. 34 cm and 2. 16 cm. The optimum treatment of Lavandula angustifolia was GA3800 mg/L for 8 h,whose germination time was advanced for 13 d,and germination rate reached 56. 67%,germination index and vigor index were 0. 472 and 0. 018,the length of shoot and root were 4. 38 cm and 1. 82 cm.
