L-半胱氨酸、L-色氨酸和L-天冬氨酸对浮萍愈伤组织再生影响的探索(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 以浮萍科浮萍属的L.minor为材料,研究了不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、1.5及2.0 mmol/L)的L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)、L-天冬氨酸(L-Asp)和L-色氨酸(L-Ser)对浮萍愈伤组织再生的影响,探究了外源L-Cys对愈伤内源L-Ser和L-Gly浓度的影响.结果表明,L-Asp对浮萍愈伤组织的生长具有抑制作用,L-Ser对愈伤组织的再生无明显影响,而L-Cys对浮萍愈伤组织的再生具有促进作用,促进作用最明显的浓度为1.5 mmol/L,再生率达88.33%.L-Cys处理浮萍愈伤组织后,内源丝氨酸含量从3.01 nmol/mg(鲜重)上升至5.50 nmol/mg(鲜重),较处理前上升明显. With L. minor as a material from duckweed family of duckweed, the effects of L-Trp, L-Cys and L-Asp on callus regeneration in duckweed were investigated. Different concentrations(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mmol/L) of these amino acids were added to the basal medium, and results showed that L-Cys enhanced the duckweed regeneration with the optimal concentration of 1.5 mmol/L. The regeneration rate reached to 88.33% on the 26 th day with 1.5 mmol/L L-Cys. Changes of endogenous L-Ser and L-Gly contents in callus cultured on the medium with L-Cys were measured. The content of endogenous L-Ser increased from 3.01 to 5.50 nmol/mg(fresh weight) when callus was cultured with 1 mmol/L L-Cys for 9 days.
