摘要
水轮机检修过程的好坏直接关乎水电站能否安全运行,目前水轮机检修过程的序列规划仍以人工制定为主,由于数量繁多的零部件和复杂的检修工序,使检修序列的制定不仅耗时长,且极易出现错误或不合理的地方。基于此,提出了基于层次分析法的检修序列评价系统,即将求解目标细分,提出不同的评价因素,算出每个子目标的隶属度后,根据子因素的权重因子确定整体序列的好坏,并基于Virtools虚拟现实平台以技术供水的回装为例验证了该方法的合理性,可帮助工作人员快速制定和筛选合理的检修工序。
The quality of turbine maintenance process is directly related to whether the hydropower station can run safely,but now the sequence planning of the maintenance process of the turbine is still based on the artificial development.Because of the large number of parts and complex maintenance procedures,the development of the maintenance sequence is not only time-consuming,but also prone to errors or unreasonable procedures.So,this paper presents an evaluation system of maintenance sequence based on analytic hierarchy process,which decomposes the target and puts forward different evaluation factors.After calculating the membership of each sub-target,the overall sequence was determined according to the weight of each sub-factor.It proves the method reasonable by giving a detailed evaluation system of the assembly sequence of technical water supply based on Virtools,which can help the workers develop and find out the reasonable maintenance sequences.
