Research on the Legal Problem of Network Crowdfunding Platform——Take the Private Assistance of “Easy to Raise” as the Research Sample

网络信息时代,催生出很多新事物,近年盛行的网络众筹即是其中之一。随着网络众筹平台(以下简称"平台")的运转,在其帮扶了一大批困难人群的同时,负面新闻也见诸报端,考验着社会的道德底线和法律体系。平台运行中存在的法律地位模糊、缺乏行业标准等法律缺失等问题,以及平台自身缺少统一监管规范的弊端,需要从立法和政府相关部门协同配合加以解决。

In the network information age,many new things have been created. Network crowfunding is one of them,which is very popular in recent years. With the operation of the network crowfunding platform,it helps a large of number of people in need,but negative news is also seen in newspapers,which tests the moral bottom line of the society and the legal system. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the platform in operation,such as the vague legal status,the lack of industry standards,and the lack of unified regulatory standards of the platform itself,which require the coordination between legislation and relevant government departments.
