摘要
高校管理队伍是高校教职工队伍中的一个重要群体,有其特殊的角色和定位。作为高校建设和发展的重要力量,高校管理队伍的专业化水平不仅是衡量高校管理水平的重要指标,更是高校建设一流大学的重要支撑。相比我国高校而言,国外一流大学在管理队伍专业化建设上已经进行了很多有益探索,形成了一系列科学完备的制度,而我国高校在高校管理队伍专业化建设上还存在不少问题,与世界一流大学管理队伍业化建设存在着较大的差距,成为制约我国高校向世界一流大学迈进的重要障碍。这就需要我国高校综合借鉴国外一流大学的专业化建设经验,在岗位设置、选拔招聘、考评激励、培训使用等环节上逐步加强高校管理队伍专业化建设,为建设世界一流大学提供有力保障。
Administrative team as an important part of a university has its special role and position. As an indispensablecomponent in university's building and development,the qualification of the administrative team is not only an important measure to evaluate a university's management level but also plays a crucial role in building a first-class university. Compared with Chinese universities,theforeign first-class universities have already made some useful explorations in terms of the professional build-up of an administrative team,and have formed a complete and scientific system. However,there are stillplenty of problemsin the building of professional administrative team in our country,and a big disparitycompared with foreign countries,which acts as a serious obstaclepreventing Chinese universities from becomingtheglobal top institutions. The above deficiencies require us to learn from the foreign experience in its administrative team's professional building,and drive us to gradually strengthen our administrative team's construction in the fields of post setting,selection,recruitment,evaluation,motivation,training and so on,so as to offer solid support to build world first-class universities.
