集束化护理结合心理护理干预对胃癌患者手术的效果分析

目的:主要对集束化护理结合心理护理干预对胃癌患者手术的效果进行研究分析。方法:将于2015年7月～2017年5月在本院进行手术治疗的胃癌患者共80例作为主要的研究对象。随机的将其分为实验组40例,常规组40例。对实验组患者使用集束化护理结合心理护理进行干预。结果:两组患者经过护理后,其焦虑评分以及抑郁评分都得到有效的降低,但实验组患者的下降幅度明显大于常规组患者,实验组疗效优于常规组,组间差异明显(p<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:在胃癌患者的围手术期应用集束化护理结合心理护理干预能有效减少患者对于手术的恐惧、紧张等不良情绪,改善疗效,应该进行临床的推广应用。
