全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果探讨

目的:分析全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治患者82例,随机分为观察组42例和对照组40例。观察组实施全程护理模式,对照组实施一般护理。结果:观察组患者的抢救成功率是92.3%,对照组成功率70.0%。观察组明显高于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊危重患者抢救中实施全程护理,能大大提升患者的满意度和对病患的抢救成功率。

To analyze the effect of whole nursing in emergency rescue of emergency patients. Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into observation group （n = 42） and control group （n = 40）. The observation group implemented the whole nursing model, the control group to implement general care. Results： The success rate of rescue was 92.3% in the observation group and 70. 0% in the control group. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the two groups were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the emergency treatment of emergency patients in the implementation of full care, can greatly en- hance the patienfs satisfaction and the success rate of the patient＇s rescue.
